You haven’t experienced how great Halloween weekend can be until you’ve spent it at UC Santa Barbara. A few friends of ours were gracious enough to let Christopher, Tri, and I spend two nights at their apartment in order to enjoy the festivities around campus and the days and nights did not disappoint.

The time spent there had a few disastrous turn of events: Tri probably got roofied, my car got towed, and we came back home with significantly less money than we had on the trip up there, but I can’t deny that we all had a really good time. The costumes, parties, and the company we enjoyed did more than enough to make up for the small series of unfortunate events.

Without going into too much detail, here are a few highlights: there were hundreds and hundreds of white girls everywhere, we got to dine on some cinnabread, we bumped into four different guys dressed up like Tyler, the Creator (Tri really had a great time yelling, “GOLF WANG” at them), and an attractive Mexican girl complimented me on my music taste. She made my Asian-girls-with-glasses bias temporarily go away.

Fun times with some really fun people.
